Our community of 53 homesites is located just 40 minutes northwest of downtown Milwaukee in the historic Village of Merton. To the north is the picturesque Holy Hill countryside, to the southwest the Kettle Morraine South region and just down the street is Ironwood Golf Course.

We belong to the much acclaimed Arrowhead Union School District for high school with the majority of our homes belonging to the Merton Community School District for primary and intermediate education (the remainder reside in the Richmond School District).
